Hearing Aids Trial Procedure

Initial Assessment
Our audiologist will begin by discussing your medical history and any concerns or symptoms you may be experiencing related to your hearing. We may ask questions about your lifestyle, occupation, exposure to noise and any previous hearing evaluations or treatments you've had.

Hearing Test
These tests may include otoscopic examination, pure tone audiometry and impedance audiometry.

Hearing Aid Recommendations
Based on the test results and hearing needs, our audiologist will discuss all available options with you and recommend the right ones for you.

Hearing Aid Trial and Adjustment
We offer a 2-week trial program. It allows you to take home and try out the hearing aids at different levels of performance from different brands in the actual situations you need them. During this trial period, we can adjust the hearing aids to provide optimal comfort and sound so you can experience what it is like to wear hearing aids every day.

Hearing Aid Follow-up
We look forward to your feedback so that we can make adjustments to your hearing aids to improve your listening experiences. This is also a good opportunity to review how to clean your aids or how to use them with your phone.
